..in a parallel universe, the USS Constellation runs for it's life, but despite the best eforts of the crew time and again she is struck glancing blows by the machine's deadly, planet devouring beam.
finally the starboard warp nacelle is shattered and the starship spins out of control, inexplicably, the massive alien immediately ignores the now powerless vessel, and moves off back towards system L-370 ...

're-imagining' another scene we didn't see in the classic TOS episode 'The Doomsday Machine'... ;)

USS Constellation by Ricky "MadMan1701A" Wallace (www.madshipyard.com), converted by Karanua,'Planet Killer' and 'Asteroids' by Kenny Mitchell,(www.kennyscrap.com)

BEAUTIFUL! I'm a fanatic about the "planet killer".
Technically, at this view and baring in mind the scale of the crafts involved,.. would not the anti-proton beam's angle be cutting a major swath out of our view, literally lighting up-blinding the rest of the left side of the image. Putting the Constellation in a near darken silhouette?

Well forget my ramblin' cuz -"ITS PERFECT!" .....mmm, -With the exception of..... :)

definitely the most 'things' I've rendered in a scene at once, that's for sure!!

'still not comfortable doing 'everything' in LW though,'feel I have more control in psp X2...'though at one point my poor laptop refused to save tyhe 'layered' file :crash: 'thank goodness for 'turbo mode' in win 7!!
